Every door we ship goes out UPS 3 Day Air for a flat $150, and it typically arrives 3 business days after it leaves our shop. That timing is typical, not guaranteed. Weather, a mechanical problem on the carrier’s side, or a missing piece of order information can add a day or more. And because many of our doors are built to order, production time comes before the shipping clock starts. Here is how the whole timeline works, start to finish.

One thing operators miss: those are business days, not calendar days. Weekends and holidays do not count. A door that leaves our shop on a Thursday typically lands the following Tuesday, not Sunday. If your order ships on a Monday, plan on Thursday.
Air service matters here. A door is a big, flat, awkward package, and plenty of companies put freight like this on a slow ground truck for a week or more. We put every door on 3 Day Air so your machine is not sitting open any longer than it has to.
One Flat Rate: $150, No Math Required
Shipping is $150 flat. It does not change with your machine, your state, or the season. A Bobcat M Series door headed to Texas ships for the same $150 as a Case 1845C door headed to Ohio.
That flat rate keeps the buying decision honest. The price on the door plus $150 is your number. There is no shipping calculator surprise on the last checkout page, and no call from a freight company asking for a liftgate fee.
One exception worth knowing, and it works in your favor. Our door frame kit, built for machines that never came with a factory door, already has its additional shipping cost built into the listed price. The number you see on that page is still the number you pay.
Why 3 Days Is Typical, Not Guaranteed
We use the words “not guaranteed” on purpose, because that is the truth of putting a package on a truck and a plane. Three things can stretch the timeline:
- Weather. Snow, ice, and storms slow the UPS network, especially in winter. A blizzard between our shop and your farm can add a day or two.
- Mechanical problems. Trucks break down and flights get delayed. It is rare, but it happens, and it is outside anyone’s control.
- Information needed. If an address is incomplete, a unit number is missing, or UPS cannot reach you, the package sits until it gets sorted out.
Most doors arrive right on schedule. But we would rather tell you the honest version up front than promise a date and leave you standing in the yard waiting on a truck.
Made to Order: The Part Before the Shipping Clock
Shipping time and total wait time are not the same thing. Many of our doors are built to order. Each one is CNC-cut for your exact make and model, whether that is a Kubota SSV, a John Deere G Series, or an older Case that nobody else supports anymore. That precision is why the door fits with no guesswork.
Production time varies by model and by how busy the shop is, so we do not print a one-size lead time here. If you need the door by a certain date, call or text (800) 781-8000 before you order. How to Keep Your Order Moving
A few minutes of care when you order prevents most delays. Run this checklist:
- Read your make and model off the data plate. A wrong model number is the fastest way to lose days, because a door cut for the wrong machine helps nobody.
- Double-check the shipping address. Street number, unit, zip code. Rural addresses especially. Many “information needed” delays start right here.
- Give a phone number you actually answer. If we or UPS need to reach you, a fast answer keeps the door moving.
- Order accessories in the same order. Wiper kits, cab heaters, side window panels, and LED light bars ship with the door instead of costing you a second wait.
- Order ahead of the season. If you need an enclosed cab for snow work, do not order the week of the first storm. Fall orders stack up fast across the whole industry.

What Shows Up When the Truck Arrives
The wait ends with one complete package. Inside is the door, the handle, a locking latch with keys, hinges, a weather seal gasket, and every nut, bolt, and washer the install needs. The door itself is heavy-duty polycarbonate, the same shatterproof material we built our name on.
