Which Door Fits Your John Deere
Your model number is on the serial plate. On most Deere skid steers it sits on the frame near the left lift arm or inside the cab. Find it first, then match it below.
D, E, G, and GR Series (312 Through 333)
If your model number is 312 through 333 with a letter suffix, this is your door. That includes machines like the 318G, 320E, 332D, 326E, and 312GR. It covers both wheeled skid steers and compact track loaders in these series, so 317G, 325G, 331G, and 333G owners are in the same boat.
Deere kept the cab opening consistent across these series, which is why one precision-cut door handles all of them. You do not need to know your machine’s year. If the base number and suffix match, the D/E/G/GR door fits.
240 Through 300, Series 1 and Series 2
These are the workhorses that came before the letter-series machines: the 240, 250, 260, 270, 280, 290, and 300. Deere updated this line partway through its run, which is why you will see “Series 2” stamped on later machines.
Good news: our 240 to 300 door covers Series 1 and Series 2 both. You do not have to figure out which one you own before ordering. Plenty of these machines are still earning their keep on farms and job sites, and a new door is one of the cheapest ways to keep one comfortable to run.
6675, 7775, and 8875
Own one of these older Deere machines? Most enclosure makers dropped them long ago, and finding replacement cab parts through a dealer gets harder every year. We still build a dedicated door for the 6675, 7775, and 8875, and at $1,395 it is the lowest-priced door in our John Deere lineup.
Serving older and obsolete machines is a core part of our business. If the machine still works, it deserves a working door.
Why Polycarbonate Instead of Glass
Three reasons, and they are the same three whether you run a 333G clearing brush or an 8875 cleaning pens.
Safety. Polycarbonate offers protection superior to tempered glass. Tempered glass does its job until something hard hits it, and then it is gone in one strike. Polycarbonate takes the hit. Compare that to your other options. An OEM dealer will sell you tempered glass at a premium, if the part is even still available for your machine. Big-box accessory stores sell universal covers that flap, tear, and fog. A precision-fit polycarbonate door costs real money once and solves the problem once.

Before You Order: A 60-Second Checklist
- Pull your model number off the serial plate. Do not order from memory.
- Note the suffix or series. A letter like D, E, G, or GR points to one door. “Series 1” or “Series 2” on a 240 through 300 machine points to another, and either one works with the same door.
- Check your cab. Factory cab with a door opening? You are ready. Open ROPS with no door frame? Ask us about a door frame kit first.
- Pick your add-ons. Wiper kit and heater orders climb fast in fall. If winter work is coming, order them with the door.
