Need a door for your ASV? We build shatterproof polycarbonate doors and cab enclosures for ASV RC and PT machines, the RT 40 and RT 50, and the SR 70 and SR 80. Prices run $1395 to $1495, every door is CNC-cut for your exact machine, and each one carries a limited lifetime warranty. If ASV built it and left the cab open, there is a good chance we can close it in.
This guide covers each ASV door we build, what it costs, why an enclosed cab matters more on a track machine than almost anything else you can bolt on, and exactly what shows up in the box.
ASV machines we build doors for
ASV built its name on rubber-track compact track loaders. The tracks float over mud, sand, and snow that stop wheeled machines cold. That is exactly why so many ASV loaders spend their working lives in the worst ground on the property, in the worst months of the year.
We build three doors for the ASV line:
- RC and PT series, including the RC 30. $1395.
- RT 40 and RT 50. $1395.
- SR 70 and SR 80. $1495.
If your ASV is not on that list, do not write it off. We build doors for machines nobody else covers. Call or text (800) 781-8000 and we will tell you straight whether we can fit yours.
Pick your door: the full ASV lineup
| Door | Fits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| ASV RC PT door | RC and PT series, including the RC 30 | $1395 |
| ASV RT 40/50 door | RT 40, RT 50 | $1395 |
| ASV SR 70/80 door | SR 70, SR 80 | $1495 |
All three are the same build: the Original Shatterproof Polycarbonate Lexan Door, first to market, CNC-cut to match your cab opening. All hardware included. No trimming in the driveway. No guesswork.
ASV RC PT door: $1395
The RC PT door covers the classic ASV rubber-track loaders, RC and PT series, including the smaller RC 30. A lot of these machines have been working for years, and a lot of them are still on the first open cab they came with.
Closing in that cab is the single biggest comfort upgrade an RC or PT owner can make. It also keeps brush and thrown debris on the outside of the door, where it belongs.
ASV RT 40/50 door: $1395
The RT 40 and RT 50 are small-frame track loaders that get into tight spots bigger machines cannot. Tight spots mean close brush, low branches, and debris kicked up right beside the cab.
The RT 40/50 door closes that gap. It is cut for the RT 40/50 cab opening specifically, and the included model-specific instructions identify the required mounting steps.
ASV SR 70/80 door: $1495
The SR 70 and SR 80 handle the heavier work, and heavier work throws heavier debris. The SR 70/80 door is built for those machines, cut to fit, with the same shatterproof polycarbonate as the rest of the line.
Why close in an ASV cab at all
Track machines earn their keep in the slop seasons. Spring mud, fall rain, winter snow. Those are exactly the months when an open cab costs you the most. Here is what a real door changes:
- Safety. Polycarbonate offers protection superior to tempered glass. Brush, chain debris, and thrown rock hit the door, not you.
- Comfort. The enclosure helps regulate cab temperature. Real heat in January, less dust in August, and a dry seat in between.
- Value. A clean, enclosed cab gives your machine an immediate resale-value lift when it is time to trade or sell.
An operator who is warm and out of the wind runs longer days and makes fewer mistakes. That is not a slogan. Ask anyone who has plowed snow in an open cab.
Polycarbonate vs tempered glass
Tempered glass does one thing when something hits it hard enough: it fails, all at once, right in front of your face. Polycarbonate takes the hit and stays in the frame.
We do not ask you to take that on faith. Our owner, Leighton, smashed a hammer into our 1/2 inch CAT D series door on camera, unedited, and the door held. Every door we build, including the ASV line, comes from that same material family and the same build philosophy.

Older ASV machines are worth a door
ASV has not built the RC, PT, or SR machines in years. Dealers move on. Parts counters shrug. That does not mean your loader is done earning.
We are the shop that builds enclosures for older and discontinued machines nobody else covers. If your ASV still starts every morning and pushes dirt all day, it deserves a cab you can stand to sit in. A door is also one of the few upgrades on an older machine that pays you back at resale.

What’s in the box
When your ASV door arrives, here is what you are working with:
- Your door, CNC-cut from heavy-duty polycarbonate for the exact machine you picked at checkout
- Mounting hardware: hinges, latch, and fasteners
- Weather sealing to close out drafts and dust
Many owners handle the install themselves after reviewing the instructions for their exact model. The supplied hardware is in the box, but required tools and installation time vary, and some kits require drilling and bolting. If you hit a snag, call or text (800) 781-8000 and we will walk you through it. Our installation guide covers the general process.
While the tools are out, this is the easy time to add an electric wiper kit or a cab heater. Side window panels and LED light bars are available too. All of them are built to work with our doors.
Price, shipping, and warranty
Here is the money picture, all in USD:
- ASV RC PT door: $1395
- ASV RT 40/50 door: $1395
- ASV SR 70/80 door: $1495
- Shipping: UPS 3 Day Air, $150 flat, typically 3 business days (not guaranteed)
Doors ship across the US and Canada. Every door carries a limited lifetime warranty against door failure or breakage: one free replacement for life for the original owner, under normal conditions. Hardware is covered for 3 months.
Compare that to a big-box accessory store cover that flaps itself apart in a season, or an OEM dealer quote on a machine the dealer stopped stocking parts for years ago. One door, one price, one replacement promise for life.
Common questions from ASV owners
I have an RC 30. Which door do I order? The RC PT door. It covers the RC and PT series, including the RC 30. If you are not sure what model you have, call or text (800) 781-8000 with your serial number and we will sort it out with you.
Does polycarbonate scratch? It can, if you scrub it dry with grit on the surface. Rinse first, use a soft cloth and mild soap, and it stays clear for years. Skip ammonia glass cleaners.
Is my door in stock? Doors are built to order on our CNC tables. Call or text for current lead time before your season starts. Busy season begins in early September, so a summer order is the smart play.
My machine has a safety interlock. Will the door affect it? Every machine’s setup is a little different. Call us at (800) 781-8000 and we will walk you through your machine’s setup before you order.
