Installing the door
Review the printed instructions before setting aside time or gathering tools. The door panel is CNC-cut to match the cab opening, all supplied hardware is in the box, and the instructions identify the required mounting steps. Time and tools vary with the exact machine setup and installer experience.
The short version:
- Mount the hinges only at the locations identified in the instructions, using existing points or drilling and bolting where your model requires it.
- Hang the door and check the swing.
- Mount the handle and locking latch, then adjust the striker until it latches clean.
- Seat the weather seal gasket so the cab closes up tight.
