The Bobcat G Series door from Skid Steer Doors of North America is a shatterproof polycarbonate cab door built to fit the full G Series family: S150 through S320 wheeled machines, T110 through T320 track machines, and the A300 and A320. Which Bobcat machines are G Series?
The G Series covers a wide stretch of Bobcat’s lineup, from compact wheeled machines up to the bigger track loaders. Your model number is stamped on the serial plate, usually inside the cab or on the back of the machine near the tailgate.

Every G Series door we ship is CNC-cut for this specific cab opening. The hinge positions, latch location, and edge profile are shaped for the correct panel fit. All supplied hardware is included, and the printed instructions identify the mounting steps for your machine.

Whether the kit reuses a factory door frame depends on the exact machine configuration. If your loader left the factory without a door frame, call us before you order. We build a door frame kit for some machines in that situation, and we will confirm the right combination and mounting steps.
Installing the G Series door
Read the printed instructions before setting aside time or gathering tools. Requirements vary with the exact machine setup and installer experience, and a second set of hands can make positioning the door easier. Use only the mounting locations and steps identified for your machine.
The short version:
- Bolt the hinges to the door and the frame with the supplied hardware.
- Hang the door and check the swing.
- Mount the handle and locking latch, then adjust until the door closes with a solid click.
- Seat the weather seal gasket so the cab shuts tight.

Why polycarbonate beats glass on a working machine

Safety. Polycarbonate offers protection superior to tempered glass. When a rock kicks off the bucket or a branch snaps back at the cab, you want a door that takes the hit and keeps working. The Bobcat G Series complete door kit is $1,395. Our Bobcat doors run $1,395 to $1,695 depending on the series, and the G Series sits at the friendly end of that range.
Shipping is simple: UPS 3 Day Air, $150 flat, typically 3 business days (not guaranteed). We ship across the US and Canada. Doors are built to order, so call or text for the current lead time, especially before the fall rush.
Every door carries our limited lifetime warranty against door failure or breakage: one free replacement for life for the original owner, under normal conditions. Hardware is covered for 3 months. On a machine this age, that warranty likely outlasts everything else on the spec sheet.
Add-ons worth putting in the same order
Two upgrades pair naturally with the G Series door:
- Electric wiper kit ($229). Built for our doors and shipped with everything needed to install it. If you work in rain or snow, order it with the door instead of wishing you had it in December.
- Cab heater ($119). A compact heater that connects to your machine’s battery. Once the door seals the cab, a small heater keeps the whole space comfortable.
