Every Case series we cover

Case has built skid steers under a lot of different series names over the decades. We build a specific door for each one. The door for a 1845C is not the same door as the one for a 95 XT, and neither one fits an Alpha. Each is cut to its own pattern on our CNC equipment, so the fit matches your cab opening exactly.

Two notes on that table. First, the 400 series splits into two door patterns, so check your exact model number before ordering. Second, the Alpha series kit is built for Case machines that never had a factory mounted door, so it includes what you need to put a real door on an open cab.

The old Case machines nobody else supports

Here is the part that matters most to a lot of Case owners. If you have ever tried to buy a door for a Case 1840 or 1845C, you already know how that search usually ends. OEM dealers have nothing for you. Big-box accessory stores have never heard of your machine.

The 1840 and 1845C are honest machines that keep earning their keep on farms and job sites all over the country. There is no good reason the operator of a 30-year-old Case should sit in an open cab eating dust and freezing all winter just because parts channels moved on. Serving older and obsolete machines that nobody else builds enclosures for is a core part of what we do, and Case is where we do the most of it.

The same goes for the XT machines and the 400 series. Those loaders are long out of production, but they are far from done working. A new door with fresh seals turns an open, loud, cold cab into a machine you can run comfortably all day. Why polycarbonate instead of glass

Every Case door we build is heavy-duty polycarbonate, the same Lexan material family used where glass simply cannot survive. Three reasons Case owners make the switch:

Safety. Polycarbonate offers protection superior to tempered glass. Glass shatters when a rock, a chain, or a branch comes back at the cab. Polycarbonate takes the hit. Comfort. A sealed enclosure helps regulate cab temperature. That means heat stays in during winter plowing and dust stays out during summer brush work. On an older Case that never had a decent door, the difference is night and day.

Value. A clean, enclosed cab lifts resale value immediately. On a 1845C or a 90 XT, a $1,395 door is one of the few upgrades that pays you back the day you sell.

And every door is backed by our limited lifetime warranty against door failure or breakage: one free replacement for life for the original owner, under normal conditions. Hardware carries a 3-month warranty. We can offer that because we build these doors ourselves and we know what they take.

Ordering the correct door comes down to knowing your model. Run through this checklist before you buy:

1. Find your model number. Check your serial plate or your paperwork. Case owners with older machines sometimes only know the machine by its nickname, and that is fine. Snap a photo of the machine and the plate and text it to (800) 781-8000. We identify Case loaders all day long.
2. Match the model to the series. Use the table above. Watch the 400 series closely, since 410/420/430/440 and 435/445/450/465 take different doors.
3. Confirm the price. Most Case doors are $1,395. Alpha Max is $1,595 and Alpha is $1,695.

Common questions from Case owners

Will the door hold up to brush and firewood work? That is what it is built for. Heavy-duty polycarbonate handles the limbs, chains, and kickback debris that destroy glass. And if the door ever does fail or break under normal conditions, the limited lifetime warranty covers one free replacement for the original owner.
