Which Gehl models we cover
Gehl runs two main lines in the compact loader world. The R series machines are wheeled skid steers. The RT series machines are compact track loaders. We build doors for both.

These are not vinyl covers or universal panels cut down to sort of fit. Each one is The Original Shatterproof Polycarbonate (Lexan) Door, built as a precision part for the Gehl cab opening it belongs to. We were first to market with this door, and we still build every one to fit a specific make and model.

Why put a hard door on a Gehl
Three reasons, and they are the same three we hear from Gehl owners every week.

What you pay. The door itself is $1495 for the R105 and RT105, or $1795 for the R135, R165, RT135, and RT165. Shipping is a $150 flat rate, period. No surprise freight quote after checkout.
How it ships. UPS 3 Day Air, $150 flat, typically 3 business days (not guaranteed). Weather and mechanical delays happen, but most doors are on the machine the same week they leave our shop. We ship across the US and Canada.
How it is covered. Every door carries our limited lifetime warranty against door failure or breakage: one free replacement for life for the original owner, under normal conditions. Hardware like hinges and latches is covered for 3 months. That warranty exists because we build these doors to outlast the machine, and we put our own name behind that.
Before you buy anywhere, price a factory glass door through an OEM dealer and check the lead time. Most Gehl owners who call us have already done that math, and it is usually why they are calling.
Accessories worth adding while you are at it
A door is the main event, but a few add-ons finish the job.
- Electric wiper kit, $229. Designed for our doors, with everything you need to install it. If you plow snow or work in rain, get the wiper.
- Cab heater, $119. A compact ceramic heater and fan that hooks straight to your machine’s battery. Pair it with the sealed door and winter work changes completely.
- Side window panels. Close up the rest of the cab for full enclosure.
- LED light bar. More light for early mornings and late finishes.
- Door frame kits. For machines that never came with a factory door frame at all.
